If you as a provider of a certified old-age provision (Altersvorsorgevertrag) or basic pension contract (Basisrentenvertrag) want to make/notify changes, you must notify them in advance.
Providers of certified old-age provision contracts (Altersvorsorgeverträgen) or basic pension contracts (Basisrentenverträgen) must notify changes to the certification office of the Federal Central Tax Office (BZSt) in the following cases:
Standard notification of changes (contract changes)
If you, as the provider of a certified old-age provision or basic pension contract, wish to make changes to the terms and conditions of the contract, you must notify the certification office in advance.
In the notification of amendment, all amended text extracts must be listed with references and the corresponding exchange pages with the marked amendments must be submitted.
Notification in the event of a change of provider
If a certificate is transferred to a provider by means of a portfolio transfer or by way of legal succession, e.g. by means of a merger (so-called change of provider), the new, receiving provider must submit a notification of change.
Notification in case of change of provider data
If a provider's legal form, company name or registered office changes, this must be notified in a notice of change.
You must submit the notification of change to a certified contract in writing to the BZSt.
